Under organisational development, SARO team works towards strengthening of governance systems and capacity building of its partners. Through regular visits to the field, partners are given technical support on programme implementation and fund raising. The partner staff are trained on a regular basis on various disability topics and governance issues.

Additionally, every year a “Partner’s Meet” is held, where learning and sharing happens.
